Updated night time skin care routine - Let the products do the work while you get your beauty sleep!

My nightly skin care routine has changed quite a lot in the past 3 months, realising I needed products that were quick to apply and also how to layer products to lock moisture in rather than using a single night cream and expecting miracles. Hope this helps with anyone wanting to switch up their nightly skin care routine.

STEP 1: Serum
Hydraluron Moisture Booster $34.00 Available from www.priceline.com
Serum goes first always - day and night! You want the super intense ingredients to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin. Hydraluron is packed with Hyaluronic Acid which is great for adding hydration to dry skin, which I why I have been loving it lately as my skin is going through its annual winter dry patch stage.

STEP 2: Eye Cream
Jurlique Herbal Recovery Advanced Eye Serum $58.00 Available from www.jurlique.com.au
Whilst the Hydraluron is sinking into my skin, I apply a small amount of this beautiful eye serum to the skin all around my eyes and also my eyelids in a soft patting motion...is it weird that I paranoid about getting wrinkly eyelids?!? Well I am.

STEP 3: Clearing Gel
La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo $27.99 Available from www.priceline.com
I get lots of questions about what to use for breakouts when you are in your 20's and 30's, as the teen acne products are way too harsh on slightly older skin. My answer is always 'La Roche Posay - Effaclar Duo' it is a clearing gel which is applied to only the area you are trying to clear up. For me at the moment my forehead is a breakout zone, so I apply a pea size amount and allow it to be absorbed completely before starting my next step.

STEP 4: Night Oil
Sukin Certified Organic Rose Hip Oil $32.99 Available from www.priceline.com
Applying a nightly oil at any age is a great idea, if you are in your teens and worried adding oil will make your skin oilier - it wont and I wish I started using it at a younger age. For me this is a sealing layer, it locks in the serums and adds an extra layer of super hydration.

STEP 5: Heavy Duty Lip Balm
Chap Stick Day & Night Repair duo $7.99 Available from www.priceline.com
If you sleep with your mouth open then you are going to suffer from dry and cracked lips, I love using an ultra heavy duty lip balm before I go to sleep because it is really going to sit on your lips and be absorbed.

STEP 6: Hand Hydration
L'Occitane Hand Cream $12.00 Available from www.loccitane.com.au
Don't forget your poor neglected hands, having a hand cream on your bedside table at the ready is a great idea if you forget to apply hand cream on a regular basis. I am a total hand cream hussy and never stay loyal to one brand in particular but I am liking the L'Occitane hand cream a lot.

Beauté Gazette I'm a kid of the 90's Top 3: Makeup, Fashion Fvourites, TV shows, Movies and Music

The 90's has been all kinds of popular lately, Tumlr has been blowing up with 90's appreciation, Instagram has been a wash with crop tops and space buns. So I thought as an actual kid of the 90's I would treat you to my 90's Top 3 : TV, Movie, Fashion, Make up and Music Favourites.

Alex Mack (1994 - 1998)
Everyday after school I would watch Alex Mack at 5pm on ABC, she was an all American 12 year old girl who got contaminated with slime from the power plant and then developed the power to melt into a puddle and spy on people, sneak into building and basically save the town. She also had a very snappy fashion sense and loved a hat!
Dawsons Creek (1998 - 2003)
Dawson and Joey, Pacey and Joey. The love triangle that took up most of my time in the 90's. At 8.30pm every Wednesday night on channel 10 I was glued to the TV watching Dawson's Creek, so that I could talk about the episode the next day in maths class with my friends. My favourite character was Aubrey who only features in seasons 5 and 6 played by Busy Phillips, she played Pacey's sassy girlfriend from the right side of the tracks.
Felicity (1998 - 2002)
Kerri Russel in Felicity was my style icon in the later part of the 90's she was classic and super beautiful even when she cut off all her hair. The Felicity and Ben saga dominated most of my thoughts and I also dreamt of getting cappuccinos at Dean and Deluca.

JURASSIC PARK (1993)
A never fail classic which has stood the test of time, who doesn't love a dinosaur in the modern age!
PARTY GIRL (1995)
This is a lesser known 90's classic which is basically show casing Parker Posey being the coolest girl in the world. A New York party girl who falls out on her luck and then falls in love with the falafel guy whilst voguing at all the coolest clubs in amazing outfits.
CLUELESS (1995)
Is Clueless making a comeback? Because it was never not the best movie ever made in my eyes! I saw Clueless at the movies in an actual cinema with my mum, I then studied it in English class and I have taken countless outfit inspirations from Cher Horwitz. If you have never seen Clueless what is wrong with you?!?

Ulgy Prints and Crochet
The early 90's was all about really bad prints, awfully ugly prints and then I would layer them with some hideous crochet vest or even more gross a sleeveless denim jacket. Most of which were purchased from Target and I thought were just revolutionary on the style radar. Looking back they were clearly a mish-mash of really gross clothing items.
Bike pants
During the 90's I was really into skipping, like really into it. I went to state competitions for skipping, I could double-dutch like a pro! So the printed bike pant as well as being very practical for jumpin' some serious rope was also a hot fashion commodity in the school playground worn under school uniforms of course.
Scrunchies
I LOVE SCRUNCHIES....that is all, I discovered them in the 90's and we have been together ever since! Check out @scrunchiesofinstagram if you to love to scrunch.

Lip Smackers
I had every flavour ever!!!! Watermelon and Grape were my faves but if you didn't have at least 3 in your school uniform pockets then you were basically nothing. It was the first makeup item I 'collected', Lip Smackers were my gateway drug to the beauty world, which has lead to a very expensive make up habit since the 90's.
Clinque Powder
When I was about 15 I started wearing makeup and this meant powdering the shit out of my skin so there was not a single trace of shine. The 90's was all about a matte finish, and as an oily teenager getting the matte look meant loading on caked on amounts of Clinique Super Balancing Powder in Beige ivory.
Impluse Spice Girls Body Spray
This was in my high school backpack and the P.E change rooms wrecked of the distinct smell of Impluse Spice Girls Body Spray. It was a mixture of sweet candy and vanilla, and I loved it. What happened to body sprays? Are teenagers still into them? Because they were a really big deal.
Revlon Iced Mocha Lipstick
As a 15 year old white girl living in Sydney I was wearing Revlon Iced Mocha Lipstick...this is major LOLS! It is a dark brown with a silver frost finish, it did not look natural at all and why did I think it looked any good on my skin tone? Because it really didn't! I am baffled by this and there are some very questionable photos from school dances of me rockin' a frosty brown lip with about 300 mini butterfly clips in my hair.
Clean & Clear Essentials Self-Foaming Facial Wash
Having oily skin and pimples as a teenager sucked, all I wanted was oil free squeaky clean skin and Clean & Clear Self Foaming Facial Wash was my cleanser of choice. My cleanser today is usually an oil based or creamy and I wish my skin was lovely and oily, but in the 90's it was my mission to have the most matte skin possible.

Mariah Carey - Fantasy (1995)
TUNE! This is still a total jam and I play it at every party.

Brandy - Sittin' up in my room (1995)
Brandy was a real 90's phenomenon, she had her own TV show 'Moesha' and she had some great songs, then she ran someone over and her career kind of ended. Brandy just stay in the 90's you were great then.

Mandy Moore - Candy (1999)
YESSSS!!! Mandy Moore was the best, she still is! Did you know she is now a beauty blogger, I always knew we has something in common.

Festival Beauty Essentials : Make up, Skin & Hair care to pack when camping at a festival.

Packing for a festival is quite a daunting task, even though you may be knee high in mud dancing to Outkast on the main stage at Splendour in the Grass this weekend it doesn't mean you need to be looking like a hot mess. Here are a few festival beauty essentials and tips to get you through 3 days of bands, mud, no sleeping whilst still looking fresh as a daisy.
Lady Jane Bobby Pins $3.99, Lady Jane Hair Ties $6.99, Kleenex Handy Pack Tissues $2.99 all available from www.priceline.com.au

Your handbag need 3 things : Hair ties, bobby pins and tissues. Lets get it out of the way and talk about porter-loo's which are the worst part about being at a festival. My best advice is to be prepared and carry at least one packet of travel tissues with you at all times, because you will be in the line for the loo and 3 drunk girls are going to ask you for a tissue. Festival hair is really all about keeping it up and out of your face, my go to style is always milk maid braids which last a full day whilst dancing in a muddy field to your favourite band and they look even better when slept in and messy.

Lush Flowers Burrow Perfume $20.00 available from www.lush.com.au , Kester Black Glitter Nail Polish in 'Nebula' $20.00 available from www.kesterblack.com.au , Rimmel BB Cream Matt SPF 15 $12.95 available from www.priceline.com, Benefit They're Real Mascara $38.00 available from www.myer.com.au, Topshop Gloss Ink Lip Stains in Smitten and Sugar Rush $12.00 available from www.topshop.com

Festival makeup is all about keeping it simple, you will probably be applying it in a tent with a tiny mirror and so liner of any kind is out of the question. Don't pack your expensive holy grail products, they will easily go missing or get stepped on in the tent - bring some budget friendly backups instead. A fuss free base like a BB Cream is best, teamed with a waterproof mascara and budge proof lip stain will have you looking put together without feeling like a total mess. Take long wearing products, because ain't nobody got time to reply when you are running from stage to stage to see bands.

Dermalogica Pre-Cleanse Wipes $23.00 & Solar Defense Booster SPF 50 $62.00 available from www.dermalogica.com.au, Lush Toothy Toothpaste Tabs $2.95 www.lush.com.au, Dr. Bronners Rose Organic Liquid Soap $4.95 available from www.lateralfood.com.au, Paul Mitchell Dry Wash $21.00 available from www.myhaircare.com.au, Nivea Pearl & Beauty anti-persperant $3.99 available from www.priceline.com.au , Sukin Rose Hip Oil $19.99 available from www.priceline.com.au

If you are camping at a festival, you wont be having an actual shower for a couple of days so your toiletries need to be able to multi-task. Face wipes on a day to day basis are a big no no but are a definite must have at any campsite. You need to get your make up off and whatever dirt that you have collected throughout the off and a face wipe is super easy, no bathroom needed. Travel sized toiletries are best, Dr Bronners Liquid Soap can be used as a body wash shampoo and conditioner! Rose Hip oil is also an amazing multi-tasker, it will take your makeup off, moisturise day and night. Deodorant and dry shampoo are obvious necessities. Also be sure to apply SPF even if it is a cloudy day because you will be outside for a full day and the last thing you want to happen is to wake up in an airless smelly tent with a sun burnt face.

FOR EVERYONE GOING TO SPLENDOUR IN THE GRASS FESTIVAL THIS WEEKEND, HAVE THE BEST TIME EVER!

5 Products to create a quick and simple smokey eye look.

Creating your own signature smokey eye is so much fun, it takes a little while to perfect what shape suits your eye shape and which products work the best for you. These 5 products are my essential smoky eye must haves, I cannot create my favourite smokey eye without them:

Rimmel Stay Matte Primer $13.99 available from www.priceline.com.au
I had resided to the fact that primers did not work and were one big beauty con, that was until I tried the Rimmel Stay Matte Primer. When only applied on the eye area it stops creasing and makes shadows last all day/night, if you have oily eyelids like me then this primer is amazing. It is very comparable to the Nars eye primer only a fraction of the cost and a lot less expensive. Having it as a protective layer it also makes removal of heavy eye make up a lot easier when cleansing.

Chanel Illusion D'Ombre in 85 Mirifique $49.00 available from Chanel Counters
The Illusion D'Ombre cream shadows are so beautiful to use when creating a smokey eye. Using a smudge brush I like to push the cream shadow into my lash line and smudge out to give that lived in cool smokey eye look rather than a perfected Kardashian smokey eye. Oh Chanel why are you so pretty? The packaging and product are perfection.

Make Up For Ever Smoky Lash Mascara $37.00 available from www.makeupmediastore.com
When creating your smokey eye it is not the time for subtle lashes, it is a go big or go home type of scenario. This is my fave mascara of the moment, you can find a full review HERE if you are interested. Smokey lash will give your smokey eye look the perfect va-va-voom lashes!

Sephora Pro Smudge Brush $18.00 available from www.sephora.com
or Artitse Small Smudge Brush $14.95 available from www.priceline.com.au
The best kind of brush to use when smoking it up is a smudge brush, it blends in shadows into the lash line and allows you to have control over how far out from the lash line you want the shadow to be. As a final touch to make sure your smokey eye looks effortless use a fluffy blending brush to soften the edges of your eye shadow.

Make Up Store Soft Matt Liner in Darkest Shadow $34.00 available from www.makeupstore.se
You can't create a smokey eye look without liner, my favourite blackest of black liners is Make Up Stores Soft Matt Liner in Darkest Shadow. It glides onto your waterline and tight line giving your eyes an amazing kohl lined look. If I am travailing or needing to do a smokey eye on the go/in a taxi I have been known to smudge a little of this liner onto my lids and blend out with my finger, it is so soft that blending with a finger is totally ok.

My ultimate smokey eye inspo!

Beauté Gazette LOVES Jurlique Super Serums!

Firstly here is a little bit of Serum 101 for dummies:
What is a serum? Serums are a higher potency gel or liquid which contain strong active ingredients like peptides, antioxidants and vitamins than your regular moisturiser. They are designed to deposit these high potency ingredients on skin which penetrate deeper into the skins layers.
What is the difference between a Moisturiser and a Serum? A moisturiser in the most simple sense is a lubricator for the skin to prevent dryness, often times indigents are added to give more benefits to the skin like SPF and vitamins. Moisturiser sits on the surface of the skin and hydrates any dryness accruing on the top 3 layers of skin which are visible to the eye and touch. Serums don't give slip and moisture to the skin, they often are absorbed into this skin within seconds to penetrate into the deeper layers, so they do not give that nice slippery moisturised feel to the skin.
Jurlique serums are intensely gorgeous to use, I have been pure serum heaven trialling these products to review. Like I explained above the serums are absorbed into this skin within seconds and they are undetectable under moisturiser and makeup which makes them perfect for morning and nightly application. Jurlique's serums are free from artificial colours, fragrances, Parabens, PEGs, and sulphates.

Jurlique Purely Age-Defying Firming and Tightening Serum $95.00
Part of Jurlique's newest 'Purely Age-Defying' line which is targeted at skin over the age of 25 which needs some help in retaining tightness and firming. The ingredients include a potent blend of botanicals including Oat Kernel extract, Beech Tree Bud extract and Tapioca starch. This is great anti-aging booster step to your skin care routine by adding this serum under your favourite moisturiser morning and night as an extra step to skin age gracefully.

Jurlique Rose Moisture Plus Daily Moisture Serum with Antioxidant Complex $70.00
If you suffer from extremely dry skin then this is the serum for you, rich in Rose hip Fruit Oil which is lightweight rich in essential fatty acids. It also contains linoleic and linolenic acids which are known for their powers to restore skins hydration and balance any over oily or dry areas. My favourite ingredient is Evening Primrose Oil is rich in Omega 6 essential fatty acids and antioxidants to rebalance dryness. Green Tea Extract helps maintain a smooth, balanced and radiant skin complexion by protecting the skin from environmental damage. It also smells like a field full of delicate french roses, I applied this to my friend before her makeup on her wedding day, the smell was so calming and the ingredients helped neutralised her skin from the happy tears throughout the day.

Jurlique Herbal Recovery Advanced Eye Serum $58.00
If a potent antioxidant eye treatment serum is what you are in need of this will penetrate deeper then your average eye cream. Enriched with Jurlique's exclusive Naturevive PB18+ complex which is a blend of powerful antioxidants and fatty acids to help reduce the signs of fatigue, minimise the appearance of fine lines and dehydration. I like to apply this sparingly as it is a teeny weeny bottle, around the eye area at night under my nightly slathering of Argan oil before bed.

Please comment below on any burning questions about serums or skin questions, and I can try to answer them or google an answer which might help.

Lashes for days with Make Up For Ever's Smoky Lash Mascara

Make Up For Ever Smoky Lash Mascara $36.00 available from www.makeupmediastore.com (Australia) and Sephora $28.00 www.sephora.com (US)

Mascara's are often one beauty item that I prefer to save my pennies on rather than splurge and as yet I have not found a high-end mascara yet that is comparable to my favourite drug store wonders : Maybelline The Falsies, Max Factor 1000 Calories & Rimmel Scandal Eyes (in terms of value for money).
Years ago I was given a Make Up For Ever Smoky Lash sample at Sephora and I loved it, it is also raved about by one of my favourite YouTubers @Chelseawears. But alas living in Australia many brands are extremely difficult to find so when I was tipped of about Make Up For Ever being stocked on  Makeup Media Store an Australian base online beauty site without hesitation I 'Added to cart'.
When it arrived I was so excited, the mascara was just how I remembered tapered natural bristle brush - which are my favourites. The formula is quite sticky and dry which clings to the lashes and gives a matte charcoal finish once the mascara has completely dried on your lashes. It gives big va va voom volume and length, my lashes are naturally long and with mascara can get quite the flutter going on Smoky Lash is incredible at doing this. The only other comparable formula's I can think come close to Smokey Lash for big doll ares are Revlon Growlucious and Estee Lauder's Magnascopic Maximum Volume.
So if like me you like big lashes and lots of mascara then Smoky Lash by Make Up For Ever is definitely worth a try, if you can get your hands on it.

Makeup products and tips to hide a hangover! #toomanydranks!

Above is a photo of me the morning after way #toomanydranks! the night before.....I am dying on the inside trust me.....but on the outside I am pulled together looking totes profesh!

NIGHT TIME TIPS:
- Even if you have stumbled in the door, spilt the entire contents of your bag and lost a shoe TAKE YOUR MAKEUP OFF! Doesn't matter if it's with a cleansing wipe or a very messy attempt at using your regular foaming cleanser.

- Drink as much water as possible and if possible some Hydralites before you go to bed these will make you feel better in the morning. Don't drink coffee or tea they will only dehydrate you even more than you already are.

-Try and put on some sort of night oil for your skin to drink up over night, if you are super boozy and this is too much then just get as much sleep as possible.

THE MORNING AFTER TIPS:
- Take a long shower, it will make you feel better. Wash off any makeup that has been lingering around from the night before and feel human again.

-Straight after the shower when your face is towel dried but still plump and fresh apply a good amount of Rosehip Oil, your skin will be extremely dehydrated. Rub it in giving your face a little massage this will help with puffiness.

-As for makeup tips, brush your brows up and tie your hair back as it wakes up your face and try not to look like you are in a world of pain when your boss says 'good morning'.

- If you are looking super pale and zombie like add some bronzer to your cheeks to bring some fake health into your face.

- Now is not the time to try out a new look or product, save that purple liner for another day, i'll give you a heads up: you are probably still drunk and any eyeliner application is a bad and messy idea.
MY GO TO HANG OVER SURVIVAL KIT:

Garnier BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector $13.99
When you are feeling hung over or a bit rubbish the first thing you want to do it hide, but putting on heavy foundations is a terrible idea, your skin will get oily throughout the day. You need a base product that is light enough to let your skin breath and dewy to give you a health glow. Garnier BB is your guy, I love it for days like this or just days when I want a light and dewy base.
Available from www.priceline.com.au

Artiste Brush BB Cream Brush $17.99
You want your BB Cream or foundation to be worked into your skin seamlessly, buff till you cant buff no more. This brush super dense, the fine hairs push product into your skin rather than let it sit on the surface.
Available from www.priceline.com.au

Make Up Store High Tech Lighter in Stardust $32.00
Glow baby glow! With the Rosehip oil and the BB cream worked into your skin, adding this cream highlighter to your cheek bones will wake your face up even more. The cream formula will give an added dewy look which will give the illusion that you have had 9 hours sleep and weren't sinkin' tequila shot in da club till 2am the night before.
Available from www.makeupstore.se

Trilogy Rosehip Oil Antioxidant+ 30ml $29.99
This is your saving grace and ultimate defender to a nasty hangover, when you wake up with dessert mouth and a running to the fridge for some cold water in the morning your skin also needs a drink. Rosehip oil is hydration to the max for dry skin, it is best applied after your have washed your face with warm water and skin is soft. Massage it in really well, until there is almost no trace of the oil on your hands.
Available from www.priceline.com.au

Rimmel ScandalEyes Shadow Stick in Bullet Proof Beige $12.99
You eyes are going to look like shit, bloodshot and they definitely wont be sparkling. If you run this very soft pearly beige liner onto your waterline and then smudge a little into the inner corners of your eyes, it will help with the redness and lack of quality sleep you have had the night before.
Available from www.priceline.com.au

Rimmel Lasting Finish Matte By Kate in 106 $12.95
Bright red or pink lips are an ultimate pick me up, they make you feel put together and in control. Try traditional brights and avoid candy colours as they can look a bit masky. Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate lipsticks are one of my all time favourite formula's.
Available from www.priceline.com.au

Rimmel ScandalEyes Rockin' Curves Mascara $16.95
Curl your lashes and pump the mascara, big open eyes will hide a multitude of sins.
Available from www.priceline.com.au

MAC Mineralize Concealer in NW25 $38.00
This is a very long lasting and effective under eye and everything else concealer. If you are looking a little patchy with redness showing through then a little of this concealer buffed in with the Artiste BB Cream brush will work wonders.
Available from www.maccosmetics.com.au

My favourite products to give yourself the best home manicure ever!

ORLY Nailtrician and Cutique $19.95 each available from www.orlybeauty.com.au  Out the Door Top Coat $10.95 available from www.thenailshop.com.au Sally Hansen Acetone Free Nail Polish Remover $5.45 available from www.priceline.com.au Rational Anti-Aging Hand Cream available from www.rationale.com

Let's face it weekly nail salon visit are too costly and time consuming for most of us, but here are my fave products to give yourself the best home manicure ever, the only thing missing is the massage chair and foot spa.

ORLY NAILTRICIAN
This is the only treatment base coat that has made any difference to my nails, the nail surface is smoother and they are definitely stronger. TIP: If you are only wearing this on your nails to strengthen them then sealing with a topcoat this helps the nailrician stay on your nails longer.

ORLY CUTIQUE
The best way to start any manicure is to clean up your cuticles, I mean really clean them up! It helps polish last longer and looks a lot neater. Cuticle removing gels are a great way to treat cuticles at home, simply apply to your nail beds leave on for 10mins or so and then push cuticles back with an orange stick. There will be little gross bits of skin that will come off when you do this, which is a good thing.

OUT THE DOOR TOP COAT
Top Coats have become one of the most important steps in a manicure, they are the not-so-secret finishing stage which allows you to achieve high gloss gel like nails. It's very easy to distinguish between a good and bad top coat, for me the deciding factor is dry time if your nails aren't touch dry in 10mins then it is crap. Out the Door and Seche Veit are the two most popular in the professional nail game, but if you cannot get your hands on these then Revlon's Gel Top Coat is a great easy to find very comparable alternative.

SALLY HANSEN NAIL POLISH REMOVER
This is my go to remover, it isn't as potent smelling as other brands, I use a Non-Acetone remover on regular polish and straight up 100% Acetone to remove gel or shellac polish.

RATIONAL ANTI-AGING HAND CREAM
This very extravagant hand cream is my new fave, it isn't too heavy on the fragrance and doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy. The best advice I can give you is to carry and hand cream with you in your hand bag or in your car that contains SPF, when driving your hands are always in direct sunlight and UVA rays go through glass ageing your hands with sun damage. To avoid horrible age spots on your hands apply your SPF hand cream every time you get in the car.

Beauté Gazette June Favourites : Beauty, Skin, Hair & Health

Elizabeth and James  NIRVANA White 1oz US$55.00 available from www.sephora.com
I have to admit this was a total blogger/YouTube influenced purchase after seeing many rave reviews on the interwebs. When my friend Liz said she was going to Sephora on her recent trip to the US I decided to ask her to purchase a bottle of The Olsen Twins latest product from their Elizabeth and James line : NIRVANA white, without even knowing what it smelt like. The bottle is super cool very luxe-chic as would expect from The Olsen twinsies, the scent is a lot lighter and fresher than I thought it would be, I was anticipating a richer Diptyque-esque scent. It has been on high roation and has been my favourite go to everyday scent this month. I also have total blogger bragging rights when asked what fragrance I am wearing because it is unavailable in Australia at the moment.....full review coming soon featuring an in depth description of the notes etc P.S If you didn't know already Sephora will be opening up shop in Australia this December OMG!

Topshop Gloss Ink in 'Smitten' $15.00 available from www.topshop.com
These are really amazing lip stains, I've not seen any reviews of these online but I picked a couple of colours whilst in the line for the till  as a impulse buy whilst in Topshop a few weeks ago and I have not been disappointed. The colours are super vibrant and the formula is beautiful to apply with no sticky residue like some other lip stain / gloss hybrids I've tried in the past. Worth checking them out when you are next at your local Topshop beauty bar.

Maybelline Colour Elixir Sensational Creamy Lip Lacquer in 065 'Caramel Infused' $17.95 available from www.priceline.com
WOW BABY! This is what nude lipgloss heaven looks like! Oh my gosh, perfection!
The colour is the perfect balance of peachy/pinky/brown nude which gives your lips that J-Lo pout factor without the diva 'too much make up' nude lip look - does that make sense? Anyway go and buy this lip gloss right now, you will not regret it.

MAC Browset in Clear $28.00 available from www.maccosmetics.com.au
If you are like me and powder in your brows then it is a great idea to set them with a clear mascara so that the hairs stay in place. It is also great for giving your brows a little of the Cara Delevingne lift, when the brow hairs are brushed up. MAC's browset was gifted to me, but if you are looking for a brow gel there are lots on the market for all budgets.

Toni and Guy Casual Rough Texturiser Spray $15.99 available from www.priceline.com.au
I am on an endless mission to get effortless tousled 'french IT girl hair' that is done but has beautiful texture and volume. Toni and Guy's Rough Texturiser is instant cool tousled chic hair in a can. Applied to clean hair it gives volume and an un-done look, perfectly un-perfect hair. I've been loving it and have already repurchased my second can as I cannot live a day without it.

Indeed Labs Powdered Facial Exfoliator $34.99 available from www.priceline.com.au
Powder form exfoliators have been a staple in my skin care routine for a few years, but they are often very pricey for a small amount of powder. The Indeed Labs Powdered Exfoliator gives a lot of bang for minimal bucks! I've been also loving using it on my back in the shower to prevent any body break outs, because of the lower cost I am much more generous with applying the product. LOVE IT!

Dermalogia Skin Hydrating Masque $56.50 available from www.dermalogica.com.au
It is officially winter and my skin is on the verge of becoming a scaly dried out sultana! Dermalogica's Skin Hydrating Masque is like giving thirsty dry skin a big drink of water, my skin soaks it up and feels plump and hydrated immediately after removing it. I've been applying it up to 4 times a week since the start of Winter and it has given my skin a lovely soft surface to apply my makeup on to getting rid of any uneven dry patches for foundation to cling to.

De Lorenzo Elements Extinguish Heat Protector $23.95 available from www.hairhousewarehouse.com.au
I have a secret....I am not a natural blonde! Sshhhh! I have a full head of foils every 6-8 weeks which makes my hair very weak and brittle, heat damage intensifies this even more so. De Lorenzo's Elements Extinguish Heat Protector not only protects my hair from blow drying, straightening and curling it has also improved the quality of my hair. Even if I am not heat styling my hair I have been spritzing it through my hair and brushing through as a de-tangler. Pick this baby up asap if you are using hot hair tools on your hair on a daily basis, you wont regret it.

Vitamin C
All day - Err day! Vitamin C fights colds and is an Anti-Aging super star!

The fine tipped brush is very easy to use, allowing you to paint on a very thin line or build up to a thicker winged liner look. MAC Brow Duo Omega and Charcoal Brown $33.00 each available from www.maccosmetics.com.au
My brow game has gone up a notch this month with the discovery of MAC's Charcoal Brown shadow. I have used Omega to fill in my brows for about 2 years, but in the past month I have been mixing Omega with Charcoal Brown and it gives a lot more depth to my brows which gives the illusion of dreamy big bushy brows.

Favourite Jam of June

'Iggy Azalea - Fancy' has been on repeat for most of the month, love a bit of a cheesy pop tune to dance around my bedroom to whilst getting ready.
